My story.
Like many, my fitness journey began in confusion.
I believed I was eating healthy, but really had no clue what I was doing. My days were filled with random workouts - from cardio, to trending Instagram routines or random exercises in the gym - and an endless cycle of diets.
Not only was I exhausted, but I was constantly frustrated working so hard and getting nowhere.
I felt stuck and like it was impossible for me to achieve the physique and strength goals I always had. And as a result, my confidence hit rock bottom.
Then, everything changed. Seven years ago, I discovered how simple fat loss could be. This revelation wasn't just a personal victory-
It became my mission to simplify fat loss for women everywhere, once and for all.
